UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty to the amount of R 5 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised portions of the Early Childhood Development Centre and the related unauthorised building work on Erf 4459 Hout Bay as shown on the plan attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
