UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty to the amount of R 11 683.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 8791 Constantia for the garage to main building conversion and the unauthorized carport as shown on the plan drawn by Meuson Designs with drawing number 2246/1 dated 2017-04-12.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
