UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for deletion of restrictive conditions B(c) on erf 465, Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 16047_rev01, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT approved the application for the reasons as set out in the planner’s report and amended reason 7.1.3 to read as follows:
7.1.3. The proposal is unlikely to have a negative impact on the existing rights of surrounding property owners.
