RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY

a. That the application for Rezoning of Erf 28654, Bellville from Single Residential 1 to Community Zone 1: Local BE APPROVED, in terms of the Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A, in accordance with Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C.

b. That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 28654, Bellville, to permit the erection of a 20m high free standing base telecommunication station, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.

c. That the application for permanent departures in respect of Erf 28654, Bellville, to permit to permit the construction of a 20m high free standing base telecommunication station at a distance of 0.0m in lieu of 5.0m from the common boundary, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the Site Development Plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.

2.10 That landscaping be implemented as per the Environmental and Heritage Management’s Department’s requirements.
