That the application for permanent departures, on Erf 24609, Goodwood, to permit first floor dwelling extensions to be 2.0m and 0.0m from the 3.5m street and 3.0m common building line, respectively, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C.
