That the application for subdivision of Erf 3894, Durbanville into 2 (two) portions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No 715-2 dated 09/11/2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
CONDITIONS IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE BY-LAW
5. ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Condition 5.1 to be amended as follows:
5.1 All trees along the western boundary of Portion 1, taller than 3m must be retained.
