That a 5% administrative penalty in the amount of R4 143.50 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, for the unlawful building work in respect of Erf 1951, 22 Van Ryneveld Street, Strand in accordance with Plan No. B100 dated 13 March 2017.
