That an administrative penalty in the amount of R774.24 (1%) for unauthorized land use (house shop) and R2 402.40(1%) for the unauthorized building work in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 125, 2 Georgia Drive, Colorado Park, Weltevreden Valley BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
