That an administrative penalty in the amount of R286.00 (1%) for the unauthorized building work, and R2201.60 (20%) for the unauthorized land use in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 55954, 34 Nambuzane Street, Kuyasa, Khayelitsha BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
