a. That the application for a site development plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22963, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law subject to conditions in the attached annexure A.
b. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line (Adj to Erf 23097) to 0m as indicated on plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22963, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law subject to conditions in the attached annexure A.
c. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line (Adj to Erf 22962) to 0m as indicated on plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22963, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law subject to conditions in the attached annexure A.
d. That the application for the departure to permit a relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line (Adj to Erf 22964) to 0m as indicated on plan DJS A100 dated 04.10.2016 in respect of Erf 22963, Strand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law subject to conditions in the attached annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
