b) The application for Council’s consent in terms of a restrictive condition in a title deed, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 66423 Cape Town at Wynberg, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c) The application for consent for air and underground rights in terms of Item 87(2) of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 66423 Cape Town at Wynberg, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
