Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

a) The application for rezoning from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Zone 2, of Erf 148345 Cape Town at Diep River, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b) The application for consent in terms of Item 55(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a plant nursery and a restaurant on Erf 148345 Cape Town at Diep River, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
