Resolution details

RESOLVED that:

a) The application for the subdivision of Erf 4942 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/33/4942, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b) The departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4942 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

NOTE: The MPT requested that in applications for subdivision where there is a significant departure from the minimum erf size, more comprehensive planning reasons be provided.
