The Chairperson ruled that the request for an oral hearing received via email from the Constantia Ratepayers and Residents Association does meet the requirements of Section 120 of the Municipal Planning By-Law. However, to be administratively fair, the applicant must also be given the opportunity to make an oral submission.
The item was therefore DEFERRED so that both the applicant and objector may make an oral submission to the Municipal Planning Tribunal.
