UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 319.20 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 158304 Cape Town at Southfield, as reflected on the plan drawn by Isgaak Ebrahim with drawing number IE060215/01 dated February 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
