UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 4374 Simon’s Town, in relation the unauthorised enclosure of a sunroom and construction of a veranda as per the plans drawn by Barry Benjamin dated September 2013, with drawing numbers C1001and C1002.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
