UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 036.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised balcony on Erf 16203 Fish Hoek, as reflected on the plan drawn by Ricardo Ludick with drawing numbers 01 & 02, both revision A and dated 2016-10-11.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
