An administrative penalty in the amount of R 14 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised 1st floor building work on Erf 174390 Cape Town at Retreat, shown on the plans drawn by Derek Kock Architects, drawing numbers 11-343-1502 and 12-343-1306, both dated 12-10-03.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
