UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
a. That the application for the removal of condition E.(i)f registered in Title Deed T59976/2012 as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1539, Bakkershoogte, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 1539, Bakkershoogte into three portions, namely Portion 1 (±1346m²), Portion 2 (±1434m²) and Remainder portion (±2863m²) in accordance with Subdivision Plan No C5660/Sub3 dated November 2016, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
