RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That an administrative penalty of 25% in the amount of R91 300,00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of the unauthorized land use (vehicle repair business) on Portion 53 of Farm Gustrouw 918.
b. That an administrative penalty of 10% in the amount of R49 500,00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of the unauthorized structures on Portion 53 of Farm Gustrouw 918.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
