That an administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use in the amount of R19 798.85(10%) in terms of Sections 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 679 located at 36 Zinfandel Street, Saxenburg Park,Rustdal, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
