That an administrative penalty for the unauthorised land use (house shop) in the amount of R338 (1%) in terms of Section 129 and 42 (q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 42746 Mitchells Plain located at 9 Ruwenzori Street, Tafelsig BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 .
