That an administrative penalty for the unauthorized land use (liquor shop) in the amount of R5130.00 (10%) in terms of Section 129 and 42(q) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 17748, 36 Rosemary Road, Lentegeur, Mitchell’s Plain. BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
