UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the subdivision of Erf 8666 Constantia BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/33/8666, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for a departure for Erf 8666 Constantia, as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s
Report
Correction to 6.3.5: ‘The proposal does not trigger the need for an environmental impact assessment and traffic impact assessment.
