An administrative penalty in the amount of R 5 720.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1327 Constantia, for the unauthorised building work that requires a departure in the form of a 10m2 portion of a playroom as per the plan drawn by MWA Consulting Architecture dated 2016-04-15 and numbered 1327: motivation: 0001.
