UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for subdivision of Erf 779, Zeekoevlei into 2 portions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no 7418/69 dated June 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION

1. The application complies with the requirements of this By-Law;
2. The proposed land use complies with and is consistent with the Municipal Spatial Development Framework
3. The proposal is regarded as desirable as contemplated in Sub-Section 99(3) of City of Cape Town’s Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015;
4. The proposal complies with the criteria contemplated in the Development Management Scheme;
5. No negative impact on existing rights of the surrounding property owners is envisaged.

Amend condition in Annexure A:
Remove condition 2.1
