b. Departures as set out in Annexure A on erf 167084, Cape Town at Rondebosch East BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with Dwg:SDP_rev3 dated September 2016, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
