That the application in terms of 42(j) of the Municipal Planning Bylaw, 2015, for ‘amendment of a condition of approval (condition 3. of decision letter dated 13 March 2014, attached as Annexure A), in order to amend the approved Site Development Plan of Erf 20317, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, subject to the original conditions of approval contained in Annexure A, including the following amended condition:
That the development be substantially in accordance with the updated Site Development Plan attached as Annexures D.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
