RESOLVED:
That the application for permanent departures to permit a domestic staff quarters, after the first 12m from the street boundary, to be setback 0m in lieu of 3m from the western and southern common boundary, on Erf 6738, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the site plan attached as Annexure C.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
