That the application for permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 10684 Parow BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan drawn by PS Design Studio with Drawing Number 02/22/010 dated August 2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
