RESOLVED:
a. That the application for a consent use in terms of Section 42(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015 to permit a 20m freestanding base telecommunication station on a portion of Erf 9262, Durbanville as indicated on Plan No CTC-PT8-4 Rev 1 BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
b. That the application for Council`s consent in terms of Condition 3 of Title Deed T77835/2000 to utilize a portion of Erf 9262, Durbanville as indicated on Plan No CTC-PT8-4 Rev 1 for the purposes of a 20 m freestanding base telecommunication station BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (c) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT REFUSED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
