That an administrative penalty to the amount of R3464.00 (0.5%) be imposed in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 5267, Parow, in accordance with the Site Plan attached as Annexure B.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
