UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
a) That an administrative penalty in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law; 2015 equal to R 7279.90 (10%), be imposed for the unauthorised land use (tavern).
b) That an administrative penalty in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law; 2015 equal to R1700.00 (5%), be imposed for the unauthorized building work.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
