An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 750.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 94073 Cape Town at Muizenberg, in relation to the building work shown on the plan with project number 2014-025 and drawing number CD1 drawn by Otten & Partners Architects dated 2015-02-17.
