UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 200.00 BE APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 170613 Cape Town at Kalk Bay, as reflected on the plan drawn by Sandbox Architectural Design Studio dated 10.06.2016.

report
