The application for subdivision of Remainder Erf 3654 Hout Bay into 2 portions, as per plan of subdivision LUM/33/3654, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in annexure A.
