UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
a. That the application for the removal of restrictive title deed condition C of Title Deed T 101600/2000 relating to Portion 10 (a portion of Portion 2) of farm Langeberg No 311in order to allow for transfer of ownership to more than one person / entity be approved in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the removal of restrictive title deed condition D of Title Deed T 101600/2000 relating to Portion 32 (a portion of Portion 9) of farm Langeberg No 311in order to allow for transfer of ownership to more than one person / entity be approved in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
