That the application for Section 42 (b) – Permanent Departure in respect of Erf 27975, Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, to permit the relaxation of the 3m common boundary building line to 0.0m for dwelling extensions in accordance with the site plan numbered 422 - 16, attached as Annexure F.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
