UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for consent in relation to a restrictive title deed condition, which relates to development rules in respect of Erf 19440, Parow, to allow for the construction of a store room and garage BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Plan No D047-16.
CONDITION TO BE IMPOSED IN TERMS OF SECTION 100 OF THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BYLAW.
1. That the common building line to Erf 19439 should be set to 0.9m.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
