UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 152629 Cape Town at Muizenberg, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b) The application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 180 (3)(e) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a garage, street boundary wall and swimming pool, as set out in Annexure A, within the Marina da Gama Extensions 1, 2 & 4 Local Area Overlay Zone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report, subject to the amendment below.
Amend reason 7.2:
The proposal will not have any adverse traffic impact.
