UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for a Consent Use on Erf 826, 14 Valmar Street, Durbanville, for an Institution to accommodate a dementia clinic on the property concerned, as indicated on the Site Development Plan No 100C dated 09.05.2016 and attached as Annexure C, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
