UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application amendment of conditions 2 and 3 of the approval issued on 23 March 2015 in respect of Erf 20847, Parow to allow for an amendment of the Site Plan to indicate the deletion of one staff parking bay in accordance with the amended Site Plan attached as Annexure D, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
