UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 1802, Kuils River to allow for the erection of a 15 m freestanding tree type mast and telecommunication base station BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Site Plan attached as Annexure C, subject to conditions as stipulated in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
