UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED
a. That the application for removal of restrictive title deed conditions, namely Clauses B 4(b), (c) & (d), as stipulated in the Title Deed (no T 5113/2004) of Erf 1583, Kuilsrivier, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015,.
b. That the application for temporary departure from Council’s Development Management Scheme, in order to allow an office and storage facility for the Sheriff of the Court on Erf 1583, Kuilsrivier, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Layout Plan No. ERF 1583KSR-SDP/JAN2016/1 & 2, dated “January 2016”, subject to the conditions attached as Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
