UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED:
That the application for an administrative penalty to the value of 10% of the value of the unauthorized land use (i.e. R1214.00), namely a tavern / liquor shop being operated from Erf 661, Fisantekraal, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) with reference to Section 129(7) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The applicant has been co-operative throughout the process.
2. The unauthorised use has ceased pending the outcome of the land use application.
