That a 1% administrative penalty in the amount of R1 694.40 be imposed in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work and land use contravention in respect of Erf 6273, Macassar in accordance with plan no 6273 dated 19/03/2010.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
