That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1 934.00 (rounded off), representing 1% of the total cost of the contraventions, be determined in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the unlawful building work/use in respect of Erf 5817, Somerset West in accordance with plan no 647-heather-ssw5817-20161105 dated 4/11/2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
