That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5 5744 (10%) for the unauthorized land use and R 452.00(1%) for the unauthorized building work be imposed in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016 in respect of Erf 69375, 13 Mthathi Street, Khayelitsha.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planners’ report.
