a) an administrative penalty in the amount of R 754.00 and R 10 902.00 (totalling R 11 656.00) IS APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erven 51886 and 51887 respectively, Cape Town
REASONS FOR DECISION
1. The duration of the residential contravention has been approximately 5 years.
2. As far as can be ascertained, the owner of the property has not previously contravened this By-Law or any previous planning law.
