UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 394.51 IS APPROVED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1941, Ottery
REASONS FOR DECISION:
1. The carport contravenes the Development Management Scheme.
2. The nature and the gravity of the contravention are not serious and the extent is relatively small when considering the extent of the property.
3. The owner complied timeously with the requirements for a submission of an Administrative Penalty application.
4. The owner of the property has not previously contravened this By-Law or any other planning law.
